I was born & brought up in small farmer family near Shirdi, Maharashtra. I spent most of my childhood holidays helping my parents in the cultivation of sugarcane and vegetables like tomato, cabbage, cauliflower etc. As a kid, I was always interested in pursuing a career in agriculture and so my parents enrolled me for a Bachelors of Agricultural Sciences from Dr. BSKKV, Dapoli. Following that, I completed my post-graduation in Agribusiness Management.

This was the turning point of my life. I never quite imagined that a small-town farmer’s son like me would be fortunate enough to be sitting in one of the most prestigious colleges in the country.

While in college, a very interesting case study caught my attention; cotton farming. Denna sida. This initiated my dream of working with Monsanto to help farmers in fulfilling their dreams. Unfortunately, I was devoid of this opportunity during campus placements.

I started my career in another company that worked with cotton farmers in Jalgaon. During this period of time, I was exposed to a lot of farmers and their families. I worked closely with them hence having an understanding of their daily woes. Eventually, I got an opportunity to work with Monsanto in Jalna district, which would the inception of my bright career ahead essay wrting service.

Since day one of joining Monsanto, I helped and guided several cotton farmers by enabling them to produce more with minimum input. One particular instance which was a moment of pride for me was when one of the farmers thanked us for the Monsanto hybrid technology that facilitated his daughter’s marriage. I felt like I’m fulfilling a farmer’s dream, to fulfill my dream of helping them.

Monsanto is not only providing our farmers with best of the class technology but is also changing the history of cotton farming in India. I feel truly proud and honored to be part of the Monsanto family so as to fulfill their core values of producing more, conserving more and improving farmers’ lives.
